満足度の高いご馳走ランチ
京都の和食界は和久傳出身のお店が台頭中。
開店して6月でようやく1年のこちらの大将も
和久傳のご出身でお連れ様の和久傳アンテナに
引っかかり土曜日のランチに伺いました。
店名に日本酒 と付くのに緊急事態宣言下の為、
お酒なしです。
13時の予約で伺うとこの日は他のお客様なく
貸切。カウンターに座り、大将といろいろと
お話ししながらゆっくりと頂きました。

八寸
くじの薄造り、バフンウニ
おこぜのお碗
太刀魚の塩焼き
琵琶湖産稚鮎の南蛮漬け
ふき、蕨のお浸し
おこぜ唐揚げ
炙り鯖ずし
熊本産苺、デコ百恵
提供方法に工夫を凝らした八寸は
一口皿で8品。
バラエティに富み、見た目も味わいも楽しく、
1品めからめっちゃお酒が飲みたく
なりました（笑）
ぐじの薄造りは皮目を炙り、皮目の脂が溶け旨味増し、
美味しかったです。
おこぜのお碗はお味は良かったのですが、
おこぜの旨味、脂が濃いのでもう少し淡い味わいが
私的には好みでした。
ランチですがお酒が飲みたくなる料理の数々。
最後は鯖寿司。
こちらの鯖寿司は軽く炙り、シャリには赤米が
ブレンドされた変り鯖寿司。
海苔が添えてあり頂く時に巻いて頂きます。
満足度の高いランチです。
現在、夜はコースになっていますが
本来はおまかせ3品の後は好きにアラカルトを
オーダー出来るシステムに興味津々。
お酒が頂けるようになったら次回は夜に伺いたいと
思います。

年内最後、雪がちらつく大晦日ディナーはお連れ様が月イチで魚捌き教室でお世話になっているこちらに伺いました。

閑静な住宅街にあるこちらは大将選りすぐりの日本酒とお料理が頂けます。
この日は年末年始ということでコース料理でしたが通常はお決まり三品の後、アラカルトメニューを楽しむことが出来ます。
現在、大将お一人で切り盛りされていますが、仕込みがバッチリ。
カウンター7席と満席でしたお料理、お酒の提供がスムーズでした。
今回、お料理は年の瀬らしいバラエティに富んだコース内容。
正統派から変わり種まで大将オススメの冷酒もいろいろ頂きました。
食後は去年と同じく八坂さんへおけら参り。雪が吹雪く寒い大晦日のお参りとなりました。
