佐賀県の天山酒造の会です。
発泡酒から始まり、雄町、愛山や純米、山廃など多種多様な日本酒が飲み放題でした。
規模の小さい日本酒会なので、蔵元さんのお話も興味深い話が沢山聞けました。
特に精米率の違う酒米を見れたことは貴重な経験でした。
食後の酢橘酒は、スッキリとしていてお口直しに最適です。
