ChefConsultant Chef Fumio Yonezawa
Fumio Yonezawa, who is famous for his sustainable vegan cuisine, has been appointed as a consultant chef at FORNI. In 2018, he opened the sustainable grill Restaurants "The Burn" in Minami Aoyama, which he produced himself. We are collaborating with major food companies and providing menus with sustainability and vegan recipes. Recently, he established NOCODE, a new company that develops the food business regardless of genre, and serves as its representative.
