京都大宮駅周辺のホテルにチェックインし、周辺で晩御飯を済ませるべく、辺りをぶらぶら。お好み焼きの起源とも言われる、べた焼を食べに「モッさんのべた焼 大宮店」に入りました(^^)
店内はテーブル席が1席空いた直後だったので、すぐ案内されて、まずは生ビールで喉を潤します♪プハーッ(^o^)
メニューから"塩べた焼(1350円)"と、"せせり焼き(600円)"をオーダー。
塩べた焼は、油カス、そばをチョイスしました。
せせりは、約7分ほどで提供され、早速頂きましたが、思ったよりも辛さがない赤ソースだったので、辛いのが苦手なかみさんも食べれました(^_^*)
せせり独特である、少しコリッとした食感と、旨味があって美味しいです！青ネギでさっぱりもしますが、塩胡椒も効いて、酒のつまみに合いますねー♪
メインの塩べた焼は、約12分で提供され、コテで切り分けながら食べますが、塩マヨネーズ独特の旨味、マヨネーズの弱い酸味が相まって、美味しいです♫
思ったよりもキャベツなど具沢山だったので、結構お腹いっぱいになりました！( ^ω^ )
感染予防のために、入口が網戸になっていました。その脇に喫煙所があるので、ちょっとタバコの臭いが気になりました(@_@)
店員の女性が、少し愛想が良くなかったのが、勿体なかったですね。(たまたま機嫌が悪かったなら良いんだけど…)
