``Mossan's Betayaki'' is created by the owner who grew up in Kyoto, cherishing the ``taste of home cooking'' and pursuing deliciousness every day. We are particular about each ingredient, using Kuroge Wagyu beef "Aburakasu" which has a concentrated flavor after removing excess oil from the cow's intestines, and cabbage sourced from various parts of Japan depending on the season. The method of grilling is also adjusted to the perfect degree of doneness, heat, and restraint. You can really enjoy the taste of the ingredients and the flavor of the dough!

The entrance to our store is marked by a red lantern! This is a restaurant with a warm, old-fashioned atmosphere where you will be welcomed by friendly staff. Our proud "Salt Betayaki" is a masterpiece made with careful attention to ingredients, grilling method, and taste! If it's your first time, please try it ♫ We have two types of sauces that are a unique blend of Kyoto's local sauces. Kyoto has an image of black mud sauce, but there is actually red tamari sauce as well. The black sauce is characterized by its richness and just the right amount of sourness and spices. The red sauce has a spicy yet fruity sweetness. Enjoy the two types of betayaki sauce!

Our restaurant has a wide variety of snacks, such as the Korean-style seasoned "Stem Wakame Namul", "Sujiyaki Nikodari" packed with the flavor of dashi and tendons, and "Abura-kasu Tamagoyaki" (egg omelet) with a half-boiled omelet and abura-kasu dashi sushi roll, so you'll want to drink more! Our recommended drink is "Kinsei Lemon Chuhai (Shochu cocktail)" (a refreshing drink with lots of lemon in the glass)!
