京都は四条大宮にある下町風情の街中にこちらはあります。
暖簾にはべた焼専門店・塩べた焼発祥の店と書かれてます。
べた焼は薄い生地を先に鉄板で敷き、たっぷりのキャベツや豚や牛などを入れて焼き上げ、
ソースやマヨネーズが一般的。
塩ではこちらが初だそうで。
因みに地域のご年配の方が言うには一銭洋食と同じようなもんらしい。
モチっとした生地の食感が特徴で、具材の旨みも含まれてて旨いんよなあ。
こちらの店内はカウンター席とテーブル席、バランスよく配置されてます。
カウンターに座ると鉄板で焼き上げてる様子がライブで見れるのでおすすめ。
最初はサッポロの黒生５５０円から。
次は中瓶の赤星６００円に切り替え。
注文してただいたもの。

今回は数人で行ったのでそれぞれシェアして頂きました。
いやあ、美味しかった。
個人的には黒辛のソースですかねえ。
すじべたモダンのカリッと焼き上げたそばも抜群です。
また行きたいなあ。
