「もっさんのべた焼き」を訪問。
京都風のお好み焼きとして知られる
べた焼きが有名なお店。
べた焼きは広島風お好み焼きに近くて
生地、麺、具材を重ね焼きにしたもの。
そのべた焼きを
ソースじゃなくて塩で味つけしたのが
「もっさんのべた焼き」だったってことか。

想像以上にふわとろで美味しい。
