祝日火曜日の18時過ぎ、近くのパーキングに車を停めててくてく歩きます。
先客1組でした。
食券を先に購入し、麺の硬さや濃さを伝えます。
ミニチャーハンセットが＋200円でお得感ありです。チャーハンは鍋をふって炒める系、これが先にきちゃいました。
150gほど量があり、ミニというには十分すぎるサイズ。少し柔らかめですが香ばしくて、味も美味しいです。
ラーメンは濃厚とんこつ系。とろみのある濃厚スープです。醤油が強めで、臭みはないですが動物系のこってり感。ハムのような、鼻から突き抜けるような重さのある香りがした気がします。
麺は硬めでお願いしたものの、中太麺で思った以上に硬さが目立つ食感でした。
まだオープンして3ヶ月ほどなので、今後の成長に期待です。
