何気に初めてのかね正さん。
お店に入る時からわくわくする、京都らしい鰻の寝所感。。
開店直後、最後の席に座れました。小さいお店だけど全員ヨーイドンでオーダーしてるので、ちょっと時間かかりますよー。
目の前で鰻焼いておられるのが見えます。炭ではなく、グリルタイプです。でも、こちらの鰻はあっさり目なので、変に炭火の香りやタレのコゲがない方が良いのだと感じました。
食べるのはきんし丼って決めていて、目の前で卵を切ってくださる姿を凝視し、そこからも玉子のふわふわ感が伝わり興奮。笑
タレもあっさり目の優しいお味で、懐かしい気持ちになりました。
最近の鰻屋さんのタレ、私には濃すぎる、塩辛すぎるところが多いのです。。
油乗ってておっきい鰻で、タレも濃くてご飯進むーみたいなのが好きな方には物足りないかもしれませんが、私は好きでした！！
