お世話になっているご夫妻との会食にて訪れました。お噂通りお酒が美味しく頂けるお料理でした。お酒の味を邪魔することなく最後まで食べ進めることができました。
普段、ご夫妻は食べ残されることが多いのですが完食されました。私もお腹いっぱいにならないように椀物、飯蒸し、炊合わせは残すようにしているのですが完食できました。お酒を召し上がらない方は少く感じるかもしれません。
サニーレタス、ブロッコリーを使用されていたことが斬新。主張し過ぎることなく和に溶け込んでいました。鯛の子は口に入れるとふわぁっと優しく広がり錦糸にされた筍とのバランスがなんとも言えませんでした。とびきり美味しいお料理との出会いはなかったのですが平均点は満たしています。残念だったのは焼物に火が通り過ぎ。
ご主人お一人でされているのですが、お料理を出すタイミングや飲み物のサービスも行き届いており、そのことを全く感じさせません。会話も余分なものがなく、スマート。心地よい空間でした。
ご夫妻は以前にも来店されたことがあるのですが「その時と変わらず美味しい」とおっしゃっていました。
