A store you must visit when you come to Kyoto
I entered the store with my mother, who I had wanted to bring with me for a while.It seems that the interior has been updated to prevent the spread of coronavirus. It was spacious and you could eat in a relaxed manner. This time, I grilled the fugu ^ ^ My father grilled it while marinating it in a special shichimi sauce over and over again ♬ I'm glad that both my father and the chef seemed to be doing well. 鯖好きにはたまらない、最高に美味しい鯖寿司が食べられる。
ひとつひとつの料理を丁寧に提供してくれるお店です。
最後に行ったのはもう4年くらい前になりますが、
お父さんがパタパタしながら、七輪で焼いてくれた鱧、美味しかったな〜)^o^(
