イルギオットーネは人生経験として一度行っておいたらいいよとのことで、恩師が連れてきてくれました。
ランチ12000円(税抜)のコース。
そこにペアリング5種をお願いしました。

パスタはタリアテッレに変更、
お肉はイチボに変更してもらいました。
イタリアンというより、完全にイノベーティブですね！
芸術作品を見ているかのようなお料理たちに
始終ため息でした。
素材の組み合わせが斬新だし
京を感じさせるシェフの心も入っているし
どのお料理食べても美味しかったです。
強いて言うなら、塩分が少し濃いめだったかな、、、
でもただ濃いのではなくミネラルを意識したものだったのかと。
お茶菓子までお腹が到達せず、
お持ち帰りさせてくださいました。
(翌日お家で美味しくいただきました♡)
最後は笹島シェフが自らお見送りに
出てきてくださり、色々お話してくださいました。
