What everyone will enjoy is a Kyoto-style arrangement of authentic Thai flavors. We use mainly local Kyoto ingredients for our meals.We carefully select seasonal ingredients, including organic vegetables and homemade herbs sent directly from farmers in Ohara, Kyoto. For seasoning, we use "kaffir lime leaves" and "Thai ginger" purchased locally from Thailand. We offer Ethnic Cuisine flavors and a slightly milder spiciness to suit the tastes of Japanese people. Of course, we can also provide the authentic taste.
