京都は三条先斗町、歌舞練場前に佇むふじ田…木屋町通りも近く京都らしさを満喫するに抜群のロケーションです。出汁の旨さ際立つ京懐石の名店と聞き出張ついでにうかがいました。一階のカウンターでいただくお料理は、春に相応しい内容で…一品一品に派手さはないものの、大将の技と想いが込められた丁寧な仕上がりに感動し、やはり上品な出汁の効いた深い味わいを楽しめます。特に椀物は秀悦…筍との相性も素晴らしいです。
このお店はとにかく大将が明るく楽しい…本当に気さくな方でお料理談義を含め、気取らない優しい雰囲気の中で、さらにお料理の美しさ、美味しさが強調される気がして、身も心も満たされる素敵な時間を堪能できます。
