先斗町から芸妓市笑(いちえみ)さんと名古屋出身の16歳の舞妓市彩(いちあや)さんが
京の踊りを披露しはり、会場全体が華やいだ雰囲気です。市彩さんは2年前この会場で
舞妓はんのあでやかさに魅了され、この4月から祇園で舞妓修行に打ち込んでいるそう
です。
祇園マンヨウケン・クラック店を一時閉め、この催事でフレンチ系の惣菜を実演販売。
明治37年創業以来皇室、国賓御用達の老舗フランス料理店の伝統と技を受け継ぐ昔懐か
しい洋食惣菜の数々が手際よくどんどん調理されています。
美味しそうな蟹クリームコロッケ、ビーフコロッケ、デミグラスソースを使ったハンバ
ーグステーキ、オムライス、ポテトサラダなどどれも上品な仕上がりで美味しそうです。
戴いたのは、蟹クリームコロッケとビーフコロッケ。タラバガニがたっぷり入った濃厚
なもので、蟹のうま味が後に永く残るほど。大きなビーフコロッケは喉越しが良い上品な
味わいでこちらもなかなかの逸品。
創作ではなくズバリ正統派でどちらも凄く美味しいです。
５年ぶりの名古屋出店とのことで、イートインで洋食仕立てで戴きたかったですね。
