友人と少し遅い時間にふらりと立寄ってみた。三ヶ月ぶりの再訪となった。
遅い時間だった為だろうか先客は居られず僕等二人でカウンター中央部を占拠(笑)

鮨 まつもとさんに伺った後、周囲をぶらぶら散歩していると、
穴子を炊くいいにおいが漂って来た・・・と思ったら、

そう聞くと、敷居が高いが、
入ってみると、大将の人柄と、
カウンターでの、やりとりが、素晴らしく自然に、
