This is definitely a delicious sushi restaurant in Gion. The ingredients and the food are top-notch, and the alcohol selection is extensive and tasteful. However, there are so many high-quality restaurants at this price point that it's hard to get repeat customers. At a restaurant that charges 25,000 to 30,000 yen per person, customers naturally expect the food to be delicious, and the restaurant to be clean and well-equipped. Staff training, customer service, and conversation must also be of a high level, otherwise customers won't return. Only restaurants that can exceed customer expectations will survive.
