I visited "Ryori Kawaguchi", a restaurant that won the Tabelog Award 2022 Silver and is also one of the 100 famous restaurants. On this day, I also enjoyed a variety of wonderful dishes. It was like beating a drum more than once lol Personally, I think the food here is one of the best in Kyoto. I think he is one or two heads above the rest of the people from Wakuden. Every dish is delicious, and above all, he has an excellent sense of the combination of ingredients. All the dishes on this day were delicious. It may be a matter of taste, but there are not many restaurants where you can be satisfied with all the dishes. In terms of ingredients, the crab was a hairy box crab, two types of Matsuba crab from different regions, matsutake mushrooms, cloud eggs, abalone, etc. were also served and I was very satisfied. The Tabelog Award 2020 Bronze 受賞店の『料理川口』に伺いました。
こちらは紹介制で一見客お断りです。よって京都でも
一番の予約困難店と言われております。
勿論、住所、電話番号は非公開ですし、予約方法も詳細は公にされてません。
予約困難店の御三家『川口』『啐啄つか本』『竹屋町三多』の中でも間違いなく一番予約至難なお店ではないでしょうか。
カウンター6席のうちの1席を何人の方が待ち焦がれてる事でしょう。。。
さて、料理の方ですが結論から申し上げると全てとても美味しいです。
特に松茸の時期でしたので松茸と鯨の組み合わせの素晴らしいこと。。。初めて食べたのですがベストマッチの食材ですね。
その他季節のものを多数堪能出来ました。この時期最後のアカウニや初物の鱈白子、栗と銀杏、子持ち鮎等々の季節の始まりのものや終わりのもの等々です。言うことありませんねWWW
接客サービスは大将がワンオペでやられてますが、特に滞りなく進んでおり大満足の1日でした。
とても美味しく楽しい時間を過ごせました。
また是非伺いたいと思います。ご馳走様でした。

There are many restaurants like this in Kyoto, but it is said to be the most difficult to book. It is definitely the most difficult restaurant among the three most difficult restaurants to book. Of course, the address and phone number are not disclosed, and the details of how to make a reservation are not made public. I wonder how many people are waiting for one of the six seats at the counter... It is unfortunate that I cannot show you photos of the dishes because photography is not allowed, but they are all innovative and carefully prepared. They look beautiful and the combination of ingredients is wonderful, so you can feel their good taste everywhere.
