土曜の夜、、、
会社のの飯食いにて祇園の宮川町にある水源亭さんに
お邪魔しました。
ライトアップされた洒落乙な脇の路地を通り玄関先へ
趣きある玄関には沢山の芸能人さんのお花が有り
その佇まいに高揚感マシマシであります。
2階の個室に通され、まずは生ビールで乾杯！！
軍鶏について説明もして頂きました。
本軍鶏、東京軍鶏、近江軍鶏とあり今回は近江軍鶏のお肉をいただく事に、、、
お洒落な突き出しから始まり、軍鶏の刺身が来ました
また洒落乙なお塩のセットがあり軍鶏の刺身に付けて食べたんですけどお塩で食べる軍鶏の刺身美味しいですね、醤油やゴマ油もあったのですが刺身は全てお塩で頂きました。
具沢山の茶碗蒸しが来て、、、
さぁ、お待ちかねの軍鶏のすき焼きですって、、、
ココでお店とウチの社長との会話にて今日はオススメの松茸があるとの事、、、
えっもう松茸有るんですか！？初物ですね^_^
嬉しいハプニングです、軍鶏と一緒に松茸も頂きます。
お店の人が焼く、配膳もしていただいて恐縮ですね
ちなみにすき焼きに付ける生たまごは白身はメレンゲでその上に黄身が乗ってるまたまた洒落乙なんですよね
軍鶏と松茸は言うまでもなく美味しいの一言！！
松茸の香りが凄く良くてお野菜もとても美味しく頂きました。
店員さんとの会話の中でこの軍鶏の卵かけご飯とか美味しいでしょうねとの話しからセットに付く親子丼とは別に特別に卵かけご飯も頂きました。
黄身は別に２つ、塩昆布で味付けされたご飯に黄身を軽く溶き入れて食べた卵かけご飯、、、
今までで1番美味かったなぁ〜〜^_^
最後にデザートを食べて大満足でした。
今食べた軍鶏のすき焼き、10月迄にWEB予約していただいて10月末までならナント半額にて食べれるそうなんです。
(初もの松茸、卵かけご飯は別料金です)
雰囲気も良く、とても美味しい軍鶏のすき焼きを頂きました！！
