丁寧に味付けされた料理の数々に日本酒のペアリング、ささき一門と称されるだけあって、至福の時間でした
香箱蟹の先付、鯖寿司の凌ぎ、鰆の叩きと漬け鮪と河豚ぶつの向附、河内鴨のたれ焼き、唐墨餅の料理に大将の軽快なトークが面白すぎて、美味しゅうございました。京都までいく価値ありです。
