登窯の棚板を再利用したものに蟹がたっぷり。
香ばしお焦げに、いりこ出汁をかけると…旨みを余すことなくいただけるという感動のお皿。
産地との距離ってやはり超えられないと感じた筍。
炊き合わせの蕪が果物のように美味しかったり…。
驚きと美味しさと嬉しさいっぱい、忘れられないお店になりました。
