以前から行きたいと思ってた祇園にしかわに
今回行ってきました。
祇園にしかわはMichelinの２つ星を取ってる名店で
京都グルメの中では知らない方はいないと思います。
ちょうど八阪神社の程近くにあり、
写メのような立派なカウンター割烹のお店です。
今回昼のコースをいただきました。
10品程のコースで構成されており、
蛤を使った先附から始まって蟹真丈のお椀、これは
もう出汁が完璧、めちゃ美味しかったです。
お造りは本マグロと烏賊
お凌ぎには、河豚の白子ごはん。
鰆の焼物からの八寸。
ぶり大根が出て、
自然薯のトロロ飯
最後デザート
こんな感じで、ホントにどれも美味しかった❗️
ご主人は大変面白い方で、
食事中、お客さんにギャグを言いながら
なごやかな雰囲気にするためか、
絶えず笑いながら調理をされてました。
実は、行く前にネットで検索すると
ここのご主人は常連しか相手にしてくれない！と言う
書き込みをいくつか見てたんですが、
そのような事はなく、自分ともいろいろ話をしてくれました。
また再訪したいお店が増えてしまいました。
