冷製パスタはトマトのカッペリーニ
スプーンに盛られたパスタに手前は桃と奥は佐藤錦
こちらも一口で頂いて口の中での掛け合わせを楽しみます
うーん夏らしく爽やかでさっぱりうまーし
次のパスタはオマール海老と味噌のソース
このソースで大満足なのに更にチキンがのってるんです
シャンピニオンにゴルゴンゾーラを詰めてチキンで巻いて
熱々だけど食感や味わいが重層で凝りまくってますね
メインはシャラン鴨
もっち鴨自体も絶妙な火入れで外側カリッと中はジューシー
サワークリームともろみ味噌のソースつけるとまた美味しい
美山椒や赤ジャガイモは彩りも味わいも鴨を引き立てます
デザートはバジルのジェラート
ジェラートの周りにはクレームダンジュにカルピスのソース
レモンバジルもあってどこまでも夏らしい爽快感があるよ
メロンやバジルシードなどフルーツも添えられてます
最後はビスコッティとエスプレッソ
ビスコッティはほんの少ししっとり感があってパクパク完食
もーどれも色々な掛け合わせを発想した新感覚イタリアン
って言うかイタリアンの枠にはとらわれてなくて楽しいよ
