三条木屋町下ル..肉なべ千葉さんを東に入ると佇むこちら。リピーターの友人のお勧めで寄せて頂きました。
最近人気急上昇のあご（=九州弁で飛び魚）は長崎県平戸産を使用、豚はなんとクラブハリエのバームクーヘンを食べて育ったというブランド豚、柔らかく甘みのあるホウレンソウは水耕栽培のもの、など素材にこだわりを感じます。
店員さんが90度という最適な温度で管理頂いたあご出汁に豆乳を投入、グツッときたらいよいよお肉とお野菜が入ります♪
お鍋のつけ汁に、辛味と臭みのないネギをふんだんに添え、甘く柔らかいバームクーヘン豚とあごだしが入り…めちゃめちゃ美味しい♡
最後はお鍋の〆 に全粒粉中華麺。
今回オトナ女子会につき「気になるけど食べきれるかしら？」と店員さんに伺うと、麺は通常の1人前の半分くらいとのお話で、人数分を注文。
7種類あるつけだれの中から、私は刻みしそゴマ(梅干し付き)をチョイス。
殻まで見える粗挽きめの全粒粉麺を美味しさが残る程よい分量で頂き梅干しでサッパリ♪
結局完食♡
また、こちらのスタッフさんはやる気に溢れ、なんとも食が楽しくなる対応で、余計楽しめました♪
