大好きな焼肉店。
益市さんの中でも1番の高級店です。
場所も非常に素敵です。
今回も料理長の斬新なメニューを楽しみにワクワクしながら来店。
いつもの席を確保頂き、店長さんにずっと構って頂きました(笑)
限定メニューの「炙り雲丹ユッケ」はユッケの団子を炙り、中をあけるとネギ、タレ、雲丹が入っています。無茶苦茶うまい。
焼肉はクリとハラミとやはり名物のネギ塩です。厚切りカットで肉質も良い。
新商品の肉寿司は、イチボとみすじで昆布ジュレをつけて食べましたがヤバすぎました。
特別に三角バラの肉寿司もお願いしました。脂が甘くて最高。
すき焼き重はワガママいって目の前で作ってもらいました。錦糸卵との相性抜群。
そして限定5食のレアカツサンドイッチです。九条葱ソースが最高。
やはり京都で1番好きな焼肉です。
手土産にいなり寿司を頂きましたが、揚げさんからジュワジュワ汁がしゅんでます。

1番良い火入れのタイミング、甘じょっぱいタレと卵の絡みが絶妙です。

We reserved the counter seats on the first floor. In the past, we used to let families use the private rooms on the second floor. Today, we had dinner with announcer Takeshi Mori.
