広島から京焼・清水焼巡りで京都を訪問中。ちょっと遅い昼飯に寄ってみました。国内60店舗、海外16店舗ほど展開しているみたい。そういえば広島駅の近くにもあったな。
「牛サーロインカツと鯵カツ膳(2,189円税込)」を注文。ご飯と味噌汁とキャベツはお代わり自由だそうです。衣は薄くてサクサク。肉は激レアでジューシー。ペレットで好みの焼き具合に。ワサビとだし醤油、山椒塩、牛カツソース3種の味変。うん、うまいわ。
牛カツも美味しかったけど、鯵カツが意外に旨い。大葉が入って茗荷の薬味も乗ってポン酢であっさりと。うん、うまいわ。
