2020年は本当に大変な1年でしたが
迎える新しい年は穏やかな年となることを
心より願います。
京都へ日帰りで来るグルメ旅行など
昼と夜と食事の組み合わせで悩みます。
夜に重厚な食事を取るような日は
昼を極めて軽いものにしないといけない
そんな時にこちらのお店が重宝です。
今回いただいたのは季節限定の料理
鱧焼き霜のごま味噌茶漬け。
これがね、めちゃくちゃ良いのです。
土鍋で炊いた炊きたてご飯
ご飯のお供になめこ、牛しぐれ、ちりめん
小鉢は2種類、だし巻き卵が特にうまかった
そしてメインは鱧焼き霜
けっこうな量が乗っかっています
ここにだしをかけてお茶漬けさらさらいただく
これたまりません、本当にうまい。
夜のメインを考えて軽めに…
そう思ってここのお店に来るのですが
結局おいしいご飯をおかわりしてしまう。
鱧は季節限定となります
平素は鯛を用いたごま味噌のお茶漬け
これはこれでおいしいですよね。
お店のすぐ近くには肉料理の名店
お店から斜め方向を見れば和食割烹の人気店
激戦エリアの中で頑張っておられます。
また伺いましょう。
スタッフ全員にこやかで愛想も良く
動きもキビキビ、応対もハキハキ。
私は大変気に入っております。
