一年ぶりにお邪魔しました。
京都はTVやnetで紹介されるお店が多く、回りきれないエリアだけど、もう一度いきたい、誰かを連れていきたいといったお店はなかなか見つけられない。
四条駅近くに車を停めて、花見小路側にブラり。
行列の有名店を三つほど素通りして到着。
今日はは3000円のハンバーグ目的で来店しましたぁ。
オーダーを済ませて暫し待つこと数分。
初めにサラダが目の前に。
ここの店構えとメニューは洋風なのに、ナイフとホークと箸がご用意されている辺りが心遣い❗。
『このドレッシングヤバイ❗旨い❗』
そこに間髪いれすにハンバーグがこんにちはー
ナイフで切り込んだ瞬間に肉汁が溢れ出て、少し粗めに整形した肉はホロホロと崩れだが、しっかりとした和牛の味でした。
