のれそれのみおつまみで後ハメ握り
シャリは適度な温度ですが少し柔らか目
硬めのが好みなのでちょっと残念
特に美味しかったのが春子鯛と鰤
身がやわらかくフワッとした食感と鯛の旨味が味わえる
そして脂ののりが丁度良い鰤もメチャうま
この日の塩釜の鮪もまろやかな脂ののりで実に良かった
少しお酒の値段が高いような気がしますが、本当に美味しいお初の京都でのお鮨でした‼
