年明けのランチに訪問
カウンター10席満席。
水雲酢・明石鯛・カワハギ・氷見寒ブリ・大間赤身ヅケ・大間大トロ・小肌・ハリイカ・春子鯛・北海道馬糞海栗・シジミ味噌汁・車海老・煮穴子・玉 追加で赤身ヅケ・大トロ・赤身鉄火巻
酒はアサヒ小瓶×2 田酒（特純）楯野川（純大吟）日高見（純吟）
酢飯は白身用と赤身用で赤酢の配合を変えて供される。
全体のレベルは高い。中でも特筆は下記
カワハギ 肝をかましての握りトロトロ香りも豊潤
赤身ヅケ 年末の仕入れ 寝かせて酢飯と渾然一体
大トロ 同じマグロで痺れる。酢飯との口内調理の真骨頂
群馬出身の大将 青山の店で修行し新宿に出店後京都花見小路の裏路地へ。
高い満足度で満たされた余韻が、厳しい冬の時雨空の下で大将と花番さん（奥様？）
お二人の丁寧な見送りを受けいつまでも続く。
京都での楽しみがまた増えた。
