Our restaurant's style is to use only seasonal, organic vegetables sourced from all over the country. By intentionally using a simple cooking method, we have created a dish that allows you to fully experience the deliciousness of ingredients grown in nature. The seafood we use is extremely fresh, shipped directly from Ise Bay and Ine in Kyotango. The dish is full of the natural flavor of the fish, which is brought out by the homemade soy sauce, making it an exquisite dish. Enjoy to your heart's content the exquisite Japanese cuisine, where you can see the sophisticated care in every aspect of the ingredients, seasoning, vessels, and presentation.

Our store is located in a townhouse that retains the atmosphere of a teahouse, a 5-minute walk from Sanjo Station and Kawaramachi Station. You can relax in a Japanese-style space filled with the warmth of wood. The 1st floor has table seats, and the 2nd floor has a private room that can accommodate up to 18 people. In rooms overlooking the Kamogawa River, you can fully experience the beauty of the four seasons: cherry blossoms in spring and autumn leaves in autumn. From May 1st to September 30th, we recommend making reservations for the Noryo Yuka along the Kamogawa River. Please use it not only for sightseeing, but also for meals and entertainment with your loved ones.

The ``stew'' we offer is a specialty made by combining fond de veau, which has been prepared over two days, and several types of vegetable stock. You can fully enjoy the gentle yet rich flavor of vegetables. We also recommend the ``earthen pot rice'' made with Kyotango Koshihikari rice, which has a strong sweetness. A bowl of slowly cooked Kyoto red chicken and seasonal ingredients is exquisite. Don't miss the course, which consists of earthenware pot rice and ``obanzai'' made with seasonal flavors. We offer a total of 4 types of sake carefully selected from all over the country depending on the season. In addition, we have six types of local sake that are representative of Kyoto, including ``Eikun'', which has a deep and elegant taste, and ``Tomio'', which has a sharp dryness and refreshing acidity. The lineup of carefully selected wines from around the world is centered on natural wines that gently accompany Japanese-style meal.
