今回訪問したのはレストランひらまつ 高台寺。
なんと京都にあるレストランひらまつは名前の通り、高台寺程近くの敷地の４Fにに構えるお店です。
京都でフレンチを検索している際、画像で見ても絶景の景色に一目惚れし、予約して訪問。高台寺付近に着くと３名程お店の前に並んで立っています。どうやら訪問を玄関前からお待ちして頂いていたよう。非常にハイランクで心地よいサービスと共に広がる庭園の絶景に胸打たれながら施設の中へ。
内装も現代を取り入れ非常にお洒落に仕上がっております。そして本日はテラス席が空いているとのことで案内して頂くと、あたりを一望出来る絶景空間が広がります。そして目の前には八坂の塔が非常にインパクト強く目に焼き付けられ、感動を覚える景色です。
そんな景色を楽しみながら本日のコースがスタートします。

お茶の香り高さをワインから感じ、苦味はほどほどに飲みやすさある緑茶
ピスタチオナッツのロースト シナモンの香り
