京都旅行記。
2日目と3日目は和食を予約してるので
初日はイタリアン。
都内にも何店舗も構えている安定のイルキャンティにお邪魔しました( ´ ▽ ` )
いやぁ〜やはりここの魔法の雫はうまいっ！！
あ、ドレッシングのことです（笑）
玉ねぎとアンチョビ？
野菜嫌いな子でもこのドレッシングなら食べれちゃうと思う。

あんなグロいのに食べるとこあったのね。

どれも感想同じって言うね（笑）
飲んでるので記憶が鮮明でないって言う…。
でもイタリアンって素材とか火入れとかじゃなくソースと味付けだと思う(｀・ω・´)濃いうまな。私の偏見かもですが。
どれも味付けしっかりしてて
赤ワインが進む、進む（笑）
ビールスタートの3人で2本。
むしろ２本目は私チョイスのため責任をとってほぼほぼ飲んだ気がする。
お野菜の皿は鴨ナスと万願寺とうがらしが使われていて京都っぽい。
チリソースは少し辛め。
パスタはシラスが乗ったペペロンチーノ。
デザートは写真はないですがティラミスをいただきました♡
ふんわりとした洋酒の抜け感と濃ゆいマルカルポーネチーズがたまらん。
お友達はこれが大好きでキャンティに行くと毎回二個は食べるそう。
いやぁ〜飲んだ、食べた、飲んだ、飲んだ。
８月には京都二号店もできるみたいですよ( ´ ▽ ` )
