Yoshitoshi Theater values the seasons!
This is my second visit. 吉寿
京都市バス馬町の停留所から徒歩圏内にある超予約困難なお店です。コロナ禍前に二度伺った事があったのですが現在では一年先まで予約がいっぱいであるため今回は年間予約されている先輩から席を譲って頂き伺う事ができました。予約時間10分前に着いたのですが既に女将さんとお弟子さんが入口前でお出迎えをされていました。着席し一斉スタートが始まりました。
大将のセンスの良い料理が次々と惜しげもなく披露され大将の料理の説明が食欲をそそらせてくれます。まさに吉寿ワールドとはこの雰囲気だったんですね。納得です。
お料理は大将のアイデア満載のきめ細かい工夫がされており最後まで美味しく頂きました。もちろんお薦めのお店です！

5月も吉寿劇場へ伺いました。毎回新しいアイデア料理が見事に完成されて楽しませて頂けます。5月は端午の節句に因んで男の子やからお腹いっぱい食べて頂きますと言うコンセプトでした。鳥貝、タコ煮、加賀蓮子、レアな鯵フライは特に美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
