ChefChef Koji Hisaoka
Born in Nara Prefecture. After working at a French cuisine Restaurants at Restaurants foreign hotel, he gained experience at French cuisine and Italian Cuisine Restaurants in Tokyo. After that, he returned to Nara, where he was born and raised, and took up the position of head chef and bakery chef at a highland resort. Served as the head chef of KIHARU Brasserie since 2019. Despite his cheerful personality, he has a serious side, and is highly trusted by the staff. Many hidden fans fall in love with the carefully prepared dishes and the chef's original exquisite sauces made with unexpected combinations.
