The main event of the Kyoto day trip bulletin on April 8th: Meal starting at 5pm.A friend who lives in Kansai has told me for several years that there is a restaurant that he really wants to take me to, and it's near Gion-Shijo Station, with ingredients delivered directly from Hokkaido. Sake shop ``Inaho'' Actually, I couldn't go for a long time due to the coronavirus pandemic and I had to cancel at the last minute due to being in close contact with someone, so this time I decided to force the event. The beautiful proprietress from Sapporo prepared in advance my favorite foods, live Kitayori oysters and live tsubu. They serve sashimi platters with shellfish, salmon rice Sushi (izushi), and extra-large king crabs, and the alcoholic beverages include ``Kita no Katsu'' Hatsushibori & Daiginjo from Nemuro, Hokkaido, and sushi from Kyoto. A wonderful lineup including Kiwami, a sake brewery located in the upper reaches of Arashiyama in Kameoka. In autumn, we offer authentic herring and Atka mackerel sashimi, Hokkaido's unique seafood such as hairy crab, star anise, and black soy, as well as Kajika soup and Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate). You can also eat typical Hokkaido ingredients. After seeing the amazing scenery in Kyoto, I was told about a restaurant where you can eat super authentic Hokkaido ingredients. When my horse Stelvio won the G1 Mile Championship at Kyoto Racecourse, I wanted to hold a celebration here.
