スッポンの茶碗蒸し、甘鯛の酒蒸しと蕪の餡で。木の芽がアクセントになってる。
タコのコンフィ、自家製カラスミ カマスとプラータチーズの生春巻き、和牛サーロインと平目のミルフィーユ仕立て。
ハマグリとエスカルゴのグラタン トリュフと共に。目の前でトリュフをスライス。香りがすごい。トリュフタワー。
ビーフシチューをのせた蟹クリームコロッケ、間にカニの身が入ってる。
伊勢海老のブイヤベース。
ウニとキャビアの冷製パスタ。
黑毛和牛、京都牛のヒレ肉、信州のカイノミ、3種のソースで、椎茸のお好み焼きスタイル。お肉がビックリするほど柔らかい。
ご飯はちりめん山椒ご飯とカレーライスが選べる。カレーライスを選択。フルーツ、野菜、スパイスの複雑な味で美味しい。
デザート、リンゴのキャラメリゼバニラアイス添え、源次郎みかんとパンナコッタ、洋梨のソルベ、ちょっとかためのシュークリーム、レモンのマドレーヌ、琥珀糖、本日のケーキはチーズケーキ。チーズケーキが普通と違ってケーキ生地の上にチーズが乗ってる。美味しい。
バニラ風味のエスプレッソ。
すべての料理が一工夫されてて美味しい。ホスピタリティーも高い。グラスワインをハーフにしてくれたので、いろんな種類を楽しめた。オススメのお店。
