家人が予約してくれたレストラン。
17:30一斉スタート〜席はカウンターをL字に囲むスタイル。料理と飲み物は、ペアリングでいただきます。娘はノンアルコールで、私たちはアルコールで。
ペアリングドリンクは、少量づつなので、缶ビール一缶レベルの自分でも問題なし。たっぷり飲みたい方は、おすすめのワインなどグラスで追加オーダー。私は、楽しみを増やしたくて、オールマイティなフランスのアンバーワインを追加にて。
料理のレベルも、ひと手間かかったドリンクもかつてない経験を楽しくさせていただきました。
デザートは別テーブルにていただく仕掛けです。
調理や料理の内容がシェフより説明されて、キッチンライブステージ。スタッフとの会話も楽しく、五感が刺激されっぱなしでした。
フィンガーフードはピンぼけだったので割愛です。
今回の費用は追加のドリンク込みです。
テーブルに置かれた、ケースに入った刻印つきお箸はお土産で持ち帰りができます。
