この店のハンバーグは150ｇもある。 写真からボリューム感が垣間見れない理由は 焼き→低温調理→焼き→提供 この工程で一時ビニール袋で圧縮される為だ。 肉の旨みは充分感じる。

提供する前に最終(2度目)の焼き作業。 ビニールからハンバーグを取り出すが、レトルトでは無いので決して早とちりしないで下さい。低温調理工程の為のビニール袋です。
