仕事で京都に訪れましたので
祇園へランチを頂きに行きました。
近江牛ミニ会席ヒレステーキをオーダー
一品目 肉そうめんは近江牛の甘さを
上品な和出汁が引き立て山葵が香る
最高の逸品でした。
二品目 ローストビーフの盛り合わせ
ハツのローストビーフは初めて食べましたが
醤油ベースに
シャキシャキ歯切れの良い食感と
ほのかに香る山椒の余韻が残ります。
牛の味噌漬け反本丸こちらも初めてでしたが
味噌の奥深い風味と重なり合う
肉の旨味に魅了されました。
三品目 タンシチュー
煮込まれたタンは
非常に柔らかく食べた瞬間
口の中でホロホロとほどけていく中
旨みが溢れてきます。
旬のヤングコーンも非常に甘く美味でした。
四品目 ステーキ
サラダと旬の焼き野菜
そしてメインのヒレステーキ！！
焼き加減はミディアム
まずは岩塩で近江牛本来の旨味を味わい
あっさりポン酢
風味豊かな胡麻ダレ
たまり醤油わさびを添えて
もう最高です！！
五品目 デザート
程よい酸味のヨーグルトのシャーベット
フレッシュな日向夏
さっぱり頂けました。
お店は非常に落ち着いた風情ある空間です
シェフは喋りやすい方で
お料理の説明も丁寧です。
非常に有意義な時間を
