京都、祇園の新橋通り沿いの石畳の通りにある祇園ならではの作りの建物を入ると
中は高級感溢れる内装でカウンター席が
8席。
奥にテーブル個室が4名と6名の
計、18席のお店。
このお店は、店主が女性で料理を切り盛りされていてとてもかっこよかった。
そして胸元にはソムリエバッジまで！
料理をされながらも、楽しくお話ししていただき居心地良い空間だった。
料理のコースは、全4種類あり
今回は、「だいきち近江牛厳選」16,500の
コースをいただいた。
自社のだいきち牧場で育てられた近江牛を使用されているとのこと！
全て近江牛を使った料理となっており、
その部位ごとに活かした調理法でコースが構成されている。
卵好きの僕には堪らない、オレンジ色で濃厚な龍の卵をいくつも使用されており
とても良かった！
