京都で美味しいモノがいただけると言う事で、いそいそと出かけていきましたーーー。
京阪祇園四条駅から程近いこちらのお店に！
なんて素敵な雰囲気！THE 祇園！お店までのアプローチ…。気分を盛り上げてくれます。
お店は2階。オープンキッチンで目の前で料理してくれます。
今日も暑かったんで、まずはビールで乾杯！
お料理はコースです。
まずは前菜。
トマトのジュレとイチヂクに生ハム。イチヂクの程よい甘さと生ハムが合います。メロンに合わせるより好きです。トマトのジュレも果物みたいにフレッシュです。
瀬戸内海の鯛のポワレ 西京味噌とアンチョビのソース。
西京味噌が良いです〜。アッサリした鯛に少し濃い味のソースが合いますね。
うなぎとフォアグラのロッシーニ風
下には茄子とマスカルポーネ(だったと思う)が重なって、めちゃくちゃ美味しい。鰻とフォアグラって？！と思いましたが口の中で溶ける感じ。一体感ありありで、ナスの柔らかいのとチーズのクリーム感も相まって、サイコー！今回のNo.1です！贅沢の極み！
お肉のソテー 西洋山葵で食べます
焼き加減良いですね。西洋山葵でサッパリと食べます。
ハモと梅肉。夏の京都代表です。
あとはお寿司を色々握ってもらいました。
店主さんはお寿司握ってた時代もあったらしいです。
とにかく！贅沢な時を過ごせました。店主さんも一見強面ですが、いろんな経験をされてて楽しい話を聞く事が出来ました。
