The owner serves each item one by one, making sure it's freshly fried right in front of you. Enjoy it as a course with a variety of sauces and condiments. We use only the first squeezed benihana oil, which has a light flavor and brings out the deliciousness of the ingredients. You can enjoy seasonal ingredients to the fullest without having to wait till the end. We also have courses, so please use them according to the occasion.

ChefTempura is made by the owner, who used to be the head chef at a famous hotel.
The owner, Kenji Fujimoto, worked at Japanese Cuisine "Hanakyo" at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka from 1996 to 2007, and at the teppan/tempura restaurant "Yi" Kitashinchi from 2007 to 2013. From 2013 to 2019, he served as the head chef at the tempura restaurant "Mizuki" at The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto. Awarded one star for three consecutive years from the Michelin Guide 2018 edition. Please come to the counter and enjoy the refined craftsmanship and the authentic taste of carefully selected ingredients.
