百名店と言うことで、予約させて頂きました。
普通に全部美味しかったです。
だけど、もう少し人気店でもいいのかな？と思いました。東京なら間違いなく予約困難店だろうレベルでした。
内装のセンスがとても好みで、自分のお店も真似しようかな？と思いました。
料理に関しては文句の付け所が無かったです。
特に食材の下処理が上手いのか、天麩羅として美味しいって感じる以上に素材の甘みや深みが強く感じられた。食材の本当の美味しさを知る職人さんなんだろうなと感心して食べてました。
一つ残念だったのは、
お酒が美味しく無かったです。
ウイスキーの水割りをずっと頂いていましたが、多分お酒の作り方知らないんだろうなと言う印象。
これは見ていただいてると思ってアドバイス的に書きますが、氷が浮いちゃってる水割りはアウトです。
氷をグラスに入れる
↓
ウイスキーを適量注ぐ
↓
混ぜる（20-30回）
↓
氷を1-2個足す
↓
水を加える
↓
混ぜる（40-50回ほど）
↓
氷を足す
この工程でかなり美味しくなります。
あともっと軟水を使った方が美味しくなります。
騙されたと思ってこの工程で作ってみてください( ´∀｀)
混ぜる回数が多ければ多いほど分子レベルで混ざるので口当たりが柔らかくなります。
生意気言いましたがそれ以外はパーフェクトで美味しかったです。またいきます^_^
