京都に行き知り合いのおすすめという事で寿司六さんに伺いました。
店内は古き良き昔ながらのお寿司屋さん、大将もザ職人さんと言う感じの方でしたが、さすが高級なお寿司屋さんらしく優しい丁寧な方でした。
スタッフの女性も親切な方でした。
先ずは前菜、ここでお肉がでてきてびっくりしました。
生のハツを頂きました、そして次のお肉を見せてもらいすき焼き風でいただき、そこからお寿司へと突入していく流れでした。
大将が一貫一貫丁寧に握って手渡ししてくれるので
ゆっくり味わいながら楽しむ事ができます。
お昼のコースでしたが、思いの外お腹いっぱいになりました。
祇園と言えば夜を連想していましたがお昼に京都観光の傍ら、ゆっくりお寿司も食べるのも良いもんですね。
