三条駅より徒歩5〜7分の場所にあるもつ鍋屋さん もつ鍋 利光。
大将がこだわり抜いて厳選した、最高級の食材を堪能できるこちらのお店。メイン料理のもつ鍋は勿論、そこに至るまでの逸品料理もクオリティが高く、今後更に評価が上がっていきそうです。
大将や従業員の方々の接客も素晴らしく、とても雰囲気が良いので、より一層美味しく食事を堪能できます。
今回いただいたのは、貸切用特別メニュー。熊本産黒毛和牛のタンゲタなどを、烏龍茶や味醂で柔らかく煮込んだ絶品タンシチューに始まり、牛肉より仕入れ値が高い明石天然鯛と鰤のお刺身、福岡の郷土料理胡麻サバ、利光さん名物メニューで臭みがなく旨味の強いミノてっさ、岡崎牧場近江牛月齢61ヶ月のイチボと、米沢牛イチボの食べ比べなど、食材を聞いているだけで涎が出てきそうな料理が続きます。
ユッケ仕立ての仙台牛とんび炙りユッケ、イチゴの酸味も楽しめる米沢牛ウチヒラのイチゴ巻き、ピリッと辛く白米と相性抜群麻婆ウルテ、他の蟹を食べられなくなりそうな最高級松葉蟹のとら蟹と、米沢牛カイノミを組み合わせたカニクマックス、味が濃く適度な弾力が最高な熊本産黒タン炭焼き、噛むとお肉の旨味が溢れ出すイチボのステーキと、どれも驚くほどの美味しさでした！
締め料理のもつ鍋も、テールを8日以上煮込んだ出汁が素晴らしく、最後まで満足度の高いコースメニューを堪能できるので、ぜひ訪問してみてください。
