【京都祇園ボロニヤ珈琲店】さんへ
おひるごはんをいただきに行きました。
1979年、京都市東山区古川町にある京栄食品(株）は、ボロニヤソーセージを販売し行列のできる人気のお店を営業していたことから、新しく考案したデニッシュ食パンのお店の商号を「京都祇園ボロニヤ」と名づけました。

麺のエッジが少し気になりました。
パスタというよりラーメンの麺のような感じでした。
少し期待しすぎたのかもしれません。。
いただいた後、道路を挟んで向かいに
デニッシュ食パンの「京都祇園ボロニヤ」に伺うことに。
パスタを楽しみました。
