Bologna, a pioneer of Danish bread originating from Gion, Kyoto, has opened a coffee shop that roasts its own coffee with guidance from Mikiya Coffee, which has been in business for over 70 years in Kyoto. We have a roasting machine installed in the store, so you can enjoy authentic coffee roasted in-house. We offer the highly recommended ``Original Blend,'' as well as American, espresso, and more. Please fully enjoy the special taste carefully created from carefully selected beans carefully selected by a long-established coffee shop.
