Our skewer menu is proud of the fact that it can be eaten without adding sauce because the batter is seasoned. The fine-grained batter brings out the flavor of the ingredients, and we also use seasonal vegetables and seafood, and we have a rich seasonal menu with about 20 dishes. For the skewer menu that goes well with sauces, we make Western-style and Japanese-style sauces from scratch to match the ingredients.
