For the sauce, we use handmade ponzu sauce made with 100% carefully selected soy sauce, yuzu, sudachi, and yuko from Awa Tokushima. “The best customer service and the best space, with the highest quality Oita Wagyu beef and Japanese-style meal.” We will treat each customer individually.

We carefully select and purchase vegetables that are locally produced for local consumption, such as mizuna, Kujo green onions, and Tamba black soybeans. In addition to ingredients, we also have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, including wines that go well with meat.
